We are a property inspection company that will provide an inspection report for home or commercial property. The report will make our clients knowledgeable about the property in which they are interested.
If you are a seller, investor, experienced buyer, fist time buyer, real estate agent, mortgage company we will provide you the information that will allow you to make a knowledgeable assessment of the property.
My name is Randal Needham the sole proprietor of Needham Property Inspections. I am a military Veteran, with an MBA and believe HONESTY and INTEGRITY are the basis to live life and operate a business. I have always gone above and beyond in all of my endeavors and when hired by my clients, I do the same for my clients.
I am a founding member of ATREI, The Association of Texas Real Estate Inspectors, and I am the Texas Real Estate Commission Liaison for ATREI. This position allows me to stay abreast of on going issues and represent my fellow association members on matters before the commission.
My education, life experiences with a quest to be constantly engaged in learning new systems and techniques, while furthering the knowledge I have, provides my clients an exceptional experience in learning about their potential investment.
As part of giving back to the community I have voluntarily served as president of a church school board, served in the State of Texas Militia (search and rescue battalion).
I also do substitute teach high school in a local school district which provides me the opportunity to provide students with real world knowledge as I share my life experiences and knowledge. Students have complimented me saying "Mr. Needham I have learned so much from you."
